A company is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using various analytics tools
  • Analyze key CX metrics and present actionable insights to inform improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Salesforce reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience with ETL workflows and data transformation
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder; no visa sponsorship available
