Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service to dealers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in products and services, sharing knowledge with customers
  • Achieve individual and team service level goals while tracking customer inquiries in SalesForce.com
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate support teams and assist with various customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred
  • College degree preferred or a minimum of one year work experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Windows required; greater technical aptitude preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekend and/or evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work
