Customer Service Representative/ Call Center Specialist – REMOTE USA BASED ONLY

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
