Position Overview:

We are seeking acustomer-focused, empathetic, and motivatedindividual to join our team as aCustomer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and providepersonalized financial solutions.

As a CSR, you will engage with customers both in-office and in the field, ensuring they receive the support they need. This includes assisting withloan applications, account management, collections, and customer inquiries. We provide thorough training on field processes and customer interaction best practices to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers throughtrust and open communication.

Assist customerswith financial solutions, loan applications, and account management.

Conductfield visitsto assist customers with payments when needed.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provideexceptional service.

Maintainaccurate recordsof customer interactions and transactions.

Followcompany policies and guidelinesfor collections and customer engagement.

Conductoutreach effortsto grow the customer base and market financial services.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure timely communication.

Ensurecash handling accuracy and office security.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of customer service or financial services experience(preferred).

Strongproblem-solving, communication, and listening skills.

Ability tomulti-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Comfortably makinghigh-volume callsand handling collections professionally.

Willingness tolearn and adaptin a fast-paced environment.

Must have avalid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehiclefor fieldwork.

Bilingual required English & Spanish!

8-hour shifts- Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
