Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coach to provide coaching to their CreatorU Coaching customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the coaching team to understand individual customer needs and expertise
  • Assist with product creation and setup in SamCart and Typeset, including digital products
  • Manage and participate in the coaching community space, engaging with customers as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of SAAS experience in customer success or service capacity
  • Experience in a fast-growing and changing environment
  • Ability to work across departments to foster collaboration
  • Proven record of success in a goal-oriented environment
  • Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems with a bias for action
