Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Accounting Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting workflows and best practices
• Manage advanced customer inquiries and conduct regular account health reviews
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and support feature rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero preferred
• Knowledge of tax filing and 1099 filing processes
• Prior experience with real estate accounting strongly preferred
• A degree in accounting or finance is a plus
