Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders through SAP and internal systems
  • Coordinate sales processes and follow up on orders, serving as a liaison between Sales and Operations teams
  • Triage customer calls and requests, creating cases in Service Cloud for efficient resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • High school diploma or comparable education is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM products
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters
