Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure global trade operations meet import regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify accurate classification of products and review audit import customs entries
• Conduct compliance audits and partner with stakeholders to mitigate trade risk
• Stay updated on global trade compliance trends and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of U.S. and global import regulations, including HTS and CTPAT
• Experience with customs valuation, rules of origin, and free trade agreements
• Hands-on experience with Duty Drawback and Value Reconciliation programs
• Familiarity with global trade management (GTM) systems is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
