Cyber Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Cyber Security Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Cybersecurity Operations team and oversee Tier 2/3 SOC ticket response and cybersecurity engineering duties
• Execute security projects and develop initiatives to protect IT and information assets
• Monitor cyber-related events and assist in incident response to minimize impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience, with 2-4 years in a management role
• Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as Microsoft, O365, and Splunk
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, Data Loss Prevention, and SOC/SIEM integration
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST and CIS
