Key Responsibilities

• Define and document operational processes, workflows, and rituals for the Design System team
• Implement and manage design system tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistent application of the design system across all products

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in design operations, program management, or a related field focused on design systems
• Proven experience defining and implementing operational processes and workflows
• Strong proficiency in design system tools such as Supernova, Storybook, and Figma
• Excellent understanding of design system principles and best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers and engineers
