Desktop Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Engineering Track Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Provide remote and onsite support, coordinating with technicians as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an On-site Technical Support environment
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Ivanti or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and request resolution management
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and network hardware functions
