Digital Marketing / Digital AD Manager

1. Strategy Development and Implementation
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (social media ads & Google ads) to drive targeted traffic and achieve goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives. Develop and get work done from SEO team with SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Develop customized SEO and advertising plans tailored to client expectations and business goals.

2. Team Leadership and Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, graphics designers, and content creators.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

3*. SEO Optimization*
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including content optimizationies for growth and assign task to seo teammates.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, and implement changes to improve SEO performance.

4. Advertising Campaign Management*
• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track, measure, and report on SEO and advertising performance.
• Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize performance.

6. Client Handling and Custom Plan Development
• Interface with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and business goals.
• Develop and present customized SEO and advertising plans that align with client objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, providing regular updates, and delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
