Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and acquisition
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to align efforts and measure campaign success
• Utilize digital channels and tools to enhance customer journeys and improve retention and product adoption

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation programs with measurable impact
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics
• Experience with various MarTech tools, including Marketing Automation and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to work across multiple marketing functions for cohesive campaign execution
• Experience in B2B technology and/or cannabis industries is preferred
