Digital Surgery Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Digital Surgery Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of service requests and incidents for the Digital Surgery Platform, including compliance maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to refine processes and reporting, providing insights for improvements
• Ensure operations comply with relevant standards and maintain the service and support knowledge base

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT or a similar area, focusing on Support or Operations
• Experience with Azure cloud services is required
• Experience in a healthcare environment or another highly-regulated industry is preferred
• Previous people management experience is advantageous
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/SAFe, Azure) are advantageous
