About the position
The Digital Value Team Consultant at Verizon plays a crucial role in facilitating Digital Content Releases, which are essential for implementing promotions, device launches, and other initiatives on Verizon’s digital platforms. This position involves gathering business requirements, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring that development teams have the necessary information to execute projects effectively. The consultant will also provide training and coaching on processes and tools used in content management, while continuously seeking improvements in team operations.
Responsibilities
• Facilitating activities to gather complete and concise business requirements for tactical content requests.

• Working with MAC/Design teams to ensure required assets are developed and available before engaging development and UAT teams.
,
• Facilitating daily/recurring Value Team meetings and following up with business stakeholders and MAC/Design teams.
,
• Reviewing business requirements and assets for tactical content requests with development and UAT teams.
,
• Ensuring development/UAT teams understand business requirements and have all necessary information for Level Of Effort (LOE) estimates.
,
• Collaborating with Digital and GTS contacts to align content requests with specific releases.
,
• Training/coaching Digital Content Release partners on processes and JIRA ticket structures.
,
• Defining and implementing processes/ticket structures for new types of content requests.
,
• Identifying and implementing improvements across VTF and CTF roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
• Four or more years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management.
,
• Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
,
• Knowledge of project management processes and SDLC/Agile practices.
,
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
,
• Experience with eCommerce.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
,
• Understanding of Release Management fundamentals.
,
• Experience with JIRA is strongly preferred.
,
• Prior wireless experience is a plus.
,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
