Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational infrastructure and long-term planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations or general management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across various departments
• Strong operational and strategic thinking with a track record of improving systems and processes
• Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments is a strong plus
