• Develop and improve processes while managing headcount planning and preliminary budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional Go-to-Market leadership to drive company revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• Complete understanding of the construction industry
• Past experience leading a group of managers
• Experience in SaaS sales, sales engineering, or customer success
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
• Experience working in a large organization
