What you will be doing
As our Director of Education Partnerships, you’ll be the architect of educational transformation in your territory:
• Orchestrate and nurture a robust $10M+ pipeline by identifying districts ready for innovation and connecting with key decision-makers
• Craft and present compelling, data-driven proposals that secure substantial six and seven-figure partnerships
• Become a trusted advisor to district leadership by deeply understanding their challenges and designing solutions that deliver measurable impact
• Take full ownership of your territory’s success, from strategic planning to deal closure
• Leverage your established district relationships to accelerate our mission of transforming student learning

Candidate Requirements
• Proven track record with 3+ years of closing significant K-12 deals ($100K+)
• Established network of district decision-makers in Texas or California
• Expert navigator of public education procurement processes
• History of maintaining and converting a $10M+ pipeline into consistent wins
• Self-driven professional with full-cycle sales expertise
• Tech-savvy with strong CRM proficiency
• Based within 2 hours of Texas or California territory
• Comfortable with extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
