Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic financial planning
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze performance and identify trends
• Provide strategic financial guidance on major business initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive, corporate FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in a senior FP&A or financial strategy role
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or professional services preferred
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting is required
• Expertise in MS Excel and advanced financial planning software and ERP systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance
