Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales who is a strong operator and strategic leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive conversion, productivity, and engagement across a remote sales organization
• Coach Sales Managers on people leadership and performance management
• Design and improve onboarding, coaching, and sales operations processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams in a remote environment
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in Personal Lines or P&C insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance carrier dynamics and compliance
• Experience building or scaling distributed teams in a call center or inside sales environment
• Proficient in sales tooling and analytics platforms
