Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Student Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management for Student Services teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning to enhance student experience and service quality
• Mentor and develop staff while fostering a positive and engaging work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through professional experience required
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, including 3 years of managerial experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for process improvement
• Proven record of effective management/supervision in a customer-focused field
• Master's Degree highly preferred
