Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Learning & Development Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational training programs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Track and analyze training outcomes, reporting to senior management and developing action plans for improvement
  • Oversee training operations staff and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, promoting professional development


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a field related to education and/or business management; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Minimum 5 years of training experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts and healthcare trends
  • Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
