What You’ll Do:
As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll lead engaging online classes for students with special needs. You’ll create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels supported and empowered.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering dynamic lessons using the materials we provide.
• Adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of students.
• Tracking student progress, providing meaningful feedback, and adjusting as needed.
• Building strong relationships with students and their families.
• Creating an organized and positive online classroom.
• Facilitating project-based learning to help students think critically and creatively.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a teacher who’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs. You’ve got the skills, the heart, and the organizational mindset to thrive in an online environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in education with an active SPED teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching students with special needs.
• Knowledge of best practices in teaching—especially online.
• Strong communication skills, especially when it comes to building relationships with students and families.
• Organizational skills that ensure things run smoothly.
• A passion for empowering students and meeting their unique needs.
