At Foxelli Group, we’ve spent over a decade building successful direct-to-consumer brands—and we’re just getting started. To support our next growth phase, we’re assembling a flexible E-Commerce Support Team made up of freelance professionals who can step in across departments when needed.
We currently have multiple roles open for E-commerce Assistants, with focus areas ranging from Shopify store management to product and marketing support. This is a great opportunity for adaptable, e-commerce-savvy individuals looking for long-term, project-based work.
This is not a one-size-fits-all position—we’re creating a reliable, long-term support network of freelance professionals. Each role will be adjusted based on what you bring to the table and where the business needs arise.
THE ROLE
Do you love e-commerce and have a passion for crafts like knitting or quilting? Are you comfortable wearing different hats and jumping in where help is needed?
We’re a subscription-based e-commerce company serving craft lovers across the U.S. and Canada. In this freelance role, you’ll support different parts of the business—admin, content, store updates, communications, or crafting-related tasks—depending on what’s needed and where your strengths lie.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE)
• Provide admin support and handle outreach communications
• Manage and update our Shopify store and product listings
• Assist with product, content, and marketing-related tasks
• Support crafting-related workflows (knitting, quilting, organizing supplies)
• Take on ad-hoc projects across departments
• Adapt to changing priorities and a variable workload
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• E-commerce experience is a must (your own shop or freelance gigs count!)
• Shopify knowledge is highly valued
• Interest or background in crafts (knitting, quilting, etc.) is a strong plus
• Flexible and comfortable with an inconsistent, project-based workload
• Independent, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Excited about joining a small, creative, and fast-moving team
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Introductory Call – 30-minute chat with Talent Acquisition to align expectations
• Role-Related Task (if applicable) – A short, practical assignment to reflect your approach
• Final Call (20–30 min) – A casual conversation with a team member you’ll be working closely with. This is a chance to get to know each other, discuss how you’d collaborate day to day, and ask any remaining questions about the role or team dynamics.

POSITION DETAILS
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Service Fee: Starting from €500/month after taxes, depending on experience, skillset, and agreed working time
• Availability: Flexible part-time/full-time hours based on business needs
• Location: Remote (Europe-based candidates preferred)
