Key Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant fulfillment workflows and identify optimization opportunities
• Design scalable multi-system workflows and manage technical onboarding for merchants
• Provide proactive support and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Magento
• Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite and Acumatica
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and Celigo
• Strong understanding of API integration and data flow between systems
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects independently
