Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production, scheduling, and deployment of outbound communications and conduct reporting and post-mortems
• Serve as the platform authority for the marketing automation platform, assisting internal partners with usage and new programming
• Drive the implementation of personalized notification templates and support testing and optimization of outbound communications

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing campaign automation, campaign management, consumer analytics, and/or performance marketing
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable is a plus
• Results-driven and analytical mindset with a passion for testing and monitoring outcomes
• Experience in developing campaigns across various channels including email, push, in-app, and in-browser
