EMEA Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to commercial, sales, and partner teams in EMEA
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including SaaS licensing agreements
• Support compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk standards

Qualifications

• Law degree and active legal qualification in the country of residence
• Minimum of 2 years' in-house legal experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS business
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and cross-border legal matters
• Familiarity with legal issues relevant to software companies in Europe, including GDPR
