Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, DPAs, and government contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Manage contract risk effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS agreements
• Strong understanding of NDAs and DPAs
• Experience negotiating and reviewing government contracts
• Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements (nice-to-have)
• Background in procurement law or government contracting regulations (nice-to-have)
