Emergency Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emergency Site Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer order requests for managed site services products and document them accurately
• Provide accurate quotes to customers and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and develop long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a related industry
• Experience in a customer-facing remote environment
• Strong technical aptitude, particularly with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various sites simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
