Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist to facilitate patient enrollment and interaction with the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to members to introduce the program and facilitate enrollment
• Manage a daily queue of members for outreach and document interactions accurately
• Establish relationships with care teams and perform additional assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
