Engineering Manager, AI Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the technical vision for agentic systems in collaboration with the Co-founder & CTO and engineering leads
• Own execution of the technical vision and ensure successful delivery of Partner AI and Analyst AI
• Define, plan, and deliver agentic onboarding in collaboration with customers and cross-functional leads

Required Qualifications

• Experience at a growth-stage startup
• Experience building products for enterprise
• Ability to effectively recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
• Low ego with a strong appetite for building and making trade-offs
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
