Engineering Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Lead who will oversee API design, development, and testing against cloud infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of products in low-code/no-code and traditional full-stack environments
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements, industry standards, and quality control measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a technical liaison to align on objectives and deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related IT roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, digital transformation, and cloud-first approaches
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management across internal teams and federal clients
  • Expertise in developing full stack cloud-based solutions and experience with CI/CD and test-automation pipelines
