Job Responsibilities
• Arrive 15 minutes before all sports when assigned
• Wear appropriate uniform as required to support your position as an umpire
• Make calls that are consistent and correct with the laws of your Sport
• Maintain a good position and make appropriate calls
• Must attend on-field Training for your Sport
• Communication with your assignor, coaches, players, and co-workers.
• Manage the game as an official.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players and coaches
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain a positive environment during games
• Experience working with children, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Enthusiasm for sports, particularly baseball, is a plus
