Job Summary

A company is looking for an EOR Implementation Consultant, NAMER.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers through consultative solutioning to achieve their talent and business objectives
• Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals
• Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions for clients on platform features and functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
• Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry
• Background in customer success/service or HR SaaS is a plus
• Ability to explain complex topics in easy and concise language
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively in a high-growth environment
