ServiceNow Process Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to enhance solutions adoption and organizational readiness
- Lead functional discovery and process workshops using established methodologies
- Define tailored business process solutions and identify opportunities for ServiceNow implementation projects
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, particularly in ITSM
- 4+ years of experience leading business process design workshops
- ITIL Foundations certification preferred
- Expertise in additional ServiceNow practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD is a plus
