Epic HIM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic HIM Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the HIM application
• Identify and resolve issues within the application area and coordinate with other application teams
• Guide workflow design, system testing, and implement requested changes to the Epic system

Required Qualifications

• Required certification in Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking, Coding, Release of Information, and Identity
• Prior analyst experience with HIM systems and workflows
• Preferred knowledge of HIM workflows and procedures
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of college education and relevant experience
• Familiarity with transcription and scanning workflows and confidentiality guidelines
