Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the HIM application
Identify and resolve issues within the application area and coordinate with other application teams
Guide workflow design, system testing, and implement requested changes to the Epic system
Required Qualifications
Required certification in Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking, Coding, Release of Information, and Identity
Prior analyst experience with HIM systems and workflows
Preferred knowledge of HIM workflows and procedures
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of college education and relevant experience
Familiarity with transcription and scanning workflows and confidentiality guidelines
