Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a professional business environment, with a focus on recruiting executives
• Experience recruiting for Technology profiles, preferably in Software Engineering
• Proven track record of fulfilling executive searches in a timely manner
• Experience managing a demanding workload and balancing multiple tasks
• Experience in executive search in-house at a tech company or at a retained search firm
