Expense Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I, Expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit domestic transferee expense reports for compliance with client policies and assignment letters
• Code transactions for payment, policy compliance, and taxability assignment
• Validate banking accuracy and authorize payment disbursement within established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Three years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education
• One to three years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
• Knowledge of Equus software (ReloAdvantage or GlobalPro) and Microsoft D365 is a plus
