Financial Database Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Database Developer (Oracle) for a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and database solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing Oracle-based systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and database-centric application design
• Strong understanding of relational database design, data modeling, and SQL performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle Developer tools and database integration
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting, Java, .NET, or XML is a plus
