Florida Denials Mitigation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Mitigation Manager to identify denial trends and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly initial denial data pulls and reviews to identify areas of opportunity
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions for denial prevention
• Create and maintain action plans to capture solutions and lead accountability efforts in denial reduction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in denial management or revenue cycle management with hospitals
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
