• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of team support and account assistants
• Handle policy processing tasks including endorsements, cancellations, and invoicing
• Maintain accurate data in agency systems and ensure timely task completion

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience or 5+ years in customer service
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing (4-40 or 2-20 required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
