A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Agent - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
- Assist with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
- Sell insurance products on all applicable calls
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active life/health insurance license
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Life insurance sales experience
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday with shifts between 7:45 am - 7:00 pm EST
