Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for physician, hospital, and ancillary providers in assigned regions
• Analyze data to define goals and metrics for the network
• Participate in contract negotiations and maintain compliance with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in provider recruitment, contracting, or provider relations
• Knowledge of network development processes and contract language
• Experience with principles of negotiation and credentialing
• Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences
