Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager) to work remotely and manage customer relationships while maximizing business potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while acquiring new clients and carriers
• Negotiate rates and provide operational support to ensure efficient logistics solutions
• Utilize CRM and TMS systems to maintain data integrity and monitor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate rates effectively
• Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business
