About the Role:
We’re looking for driven professionals to join our remote team as Full-Desk Recruiters. This commission-only position offers unparalleled earning potential and the chance to work with a team of top-performing recruiters.

What You’ll Do:
• Business Development: Build relationships and secure new clients seeking to hire Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, or other Medical Professionals.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client accounts, promote their openings, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Recruitment: Source, vet, and present top-quality candidates to clients while managing your pipeline in our unique CRM.
• Earn Big Commissions: With a commission-only structure, your compensation is unmatched in the industry.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter.
• Proven track record in business development.

• Active LinkedIn account.
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
