Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Virtual Network in Genesys PureCloud and establish core services
• Develop scripts for automating deployment of resource stacks and configurations
• Lead design processes for network connectivity and implement monitoring infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Genesys PureCloud services
• Experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-based servers in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Bash
• Agile/Solutions oriented with experience in architecting Genesys PureCloud solutions
