Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead global compensation policies to attract and retain employees
• Manage employee benefits policies and agreements with providers
• Conduct external competitiveness studies and propose compensation improvements

Required Qualifications

• University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Labor Relations)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the tech sector is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of HR management software, such as Personio, is desirable
