Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Recruiter responsible for expanding and maintaining a physician panel to meet client and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leads to identify and recruit new physicians while managing onboarding and compliance
  • Maintain accurate physician profiles and oversee payment recoups to ensure contract compliance
  • Assist in training and coaching Network Specialists, contributing to team performance and special projects
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for physicians
  • Experience in negotiating agreements and managing compliance
  • Technical proficiency to assist with onboarding and system access instructions
