Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing - DTC & eCom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all paid media initiatives across various platforms to scale revenue while improving CAC and ROAS
• Own and evolve creative testing systems by collaborating with the creative team to develop impactful ads
• Optimize full-funnel performance to increase conversion rates, AOV, and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition
• Proven track record scaling paid media campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K/month
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and attribution frameworks
• Strong background in conversion rate optimization and funnel diagnostics
• Prior experience in performance-first environments with P&L ownership
