Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist I to provide remote support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity
  • Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
  • Prior Service Desk or Desktop Support experience required; one year of desktop-based hardware support experience preferred
  • Incident Management experience with ServiceNow
  • Basic user & security group Active Directory administration experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting Office 365 and Gmail, as well as collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack
